Call for Papers

General Guidelines

• Submit original, unpublished work aligned with the conference themes.
• Prepare manuscripts in IEEE two-column format with a maximum length of 6 pages.
• Follow all instructions in the official conference template before submission.
• Ensure references, figures, and tables are clear, complete, and appropriately cited.
• Each submission will be evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process.
• Decisions are based on originality, technical quality, relevance, and clarity of presentation.

Accepted Papers

Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and considered for publication in IEEE Xplore Digital Library (if papers meet IEEE quality standards). **Important:** At least one author of each accepted paper must register under the "Authors" category to present the work and have the manuscript included in the proceedings.
